Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Digital Plant Manager, Shared Services, to oversee uptime and performance of critical manufacturing systems at the Cruiserath site. You will lead the Shared Services team, collaborate with global colleagues, and drive process improvements in a highly automated biopharma environment.

The role involves 24/7 on-call support, development of metrics, and coordination with IT partners to ensure high availability and compliance with GMP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, IS, CS, or Life Sciences.
• Minimum 5 years of IT/Automation experience with broad IT infra knowledge.
• Experience directing design, config and business processes in biopharma manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate teams in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of EU, FDA and GMP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain automation systems and infrastructure.
• Develop metrics and drive targets for availability and performance.
• Develop and enforce procedures for shared services activities.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support for site automation systems.
• Collaborate with global teams for cross-site alignment on digital plant systems.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Shared Services team and coordinate vendor activities.
• Ensure robust business continuity testing with end users.
