Job summary
BMS Cruiserath Biologics seeks a Digital Plant Manager for Shared Services in Ireland. This role ensures performance and uptime of critical manufacturing systems, supporting strategy, management, and delivery of digital plant infrastructure.
It is a fixed-term contract with 24/7 on-call support and close collaboration with global teams. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IT/Automation within biopharma, strong leadership, and a solid grasp of DeltaV, Syncade, and IT infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT/Automation systems in biopharma manufacturing.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies including network architecture, resilience, cyber security, storage and hosting concepts.
- Experience directing system design and application of business processes in a biopharma setting.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with EU, FDA and GMP guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operations and maintenance of automation systems and infrastructure.
- Develop and enforce procedures to support shared services activities.
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for site automation systems.
- Collaborate with global teams for cross-site alignment.
- Supervise, develop and coach the Shared Services team and vendors.
