Job summary

BMS Cruiserath Biologics, based in Ireland, is looking for a Digital Plant Shared Services Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of site automation and IT infrastructure. The role focuses on uptime, performance metrics, and cross-functional collaboration across the digital plant landscape.

The fixed-term contract requires leadership, strong IT/OT knowledge, and experience with DeltaV and Syncade. You will work with global teams to align strategy and delivery for the Cruiserath site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in IT/Automation with broad IT infra knowledge.
• Experience leading biopharma or manufacturing IT/automation projects.
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with DeltaV, Syncade or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Operations and maintenance of automation systems and infrastructure.
• Develops metrics and drives performance targets.
• Provides 24/7 on-call support for site automation systems.
• Leads Shared Services team and coordinates with vendors.
• Ensures business continuity through robust IT/OT processes.
