Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a permanent Specialist, Reliability Technician for the Cruiserath Biologics site. The role focuses on planning and executing maintenance tasks, preventative and predictive work, calibrations, and rapid response to issues in a regulated manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will join a cross-functional team, participate in continuous improvement, and ensure audit readiness, safety and quality standards are upheld in a dynamic 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ experience in a maintenance or relevant engineering role in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• The successful candidate must possess at minimum a Level 6 Electrical qualification.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute maintenance tasks including preventative, predictive routines, calibrations.
• Respond to unplanned events working with other functions as required.
• Participate in project and continuous improvement activities.
• Work in cross functional teams where Operational Excellence techniques are used to optimise processes.
• Ensure the site is always audit ready, house-keeping standards are adhered to and training completed on time.
