Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Project Manager at the Cruiserath site to lead projects across the full lifecycle, focusing on laboratory systems, instrumentation, data platforms and IT/AIT components within a regulated GMP environment.

Reporting to the Projects Programme Manager, you will independently manage small to medium projects, ensure safety and compliance, manage budgets, and coordinate with global teams to deliver value and operational excellence at a best-in-class Biopharmaceutical

Qualifications

• Degree in an engineering discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years project engineer/manager experience across the project life cycle in a pharmaceutical environment.
• Demonstrable ability to manage a diverse team of engineering professionals/contractors to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Familiar with project life-cycle stage-gate process.
• Experience managing stakeholders and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for meeting key project deliverables for safety, financial management, schedule and scope across projects.
• Ensure compliance with good engineering practices, policies, regulations and codes.
• Coordinate with Global Engineering/Global EHS/Global Procurement for alignment and delivery.
• Lead project teams through the life-cycle and governance processes.
• Develop scope, cost estimates, and budgets; present to governance for approvals.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and coordination with facilities, EHS, QA, and other teams.
• Generate and manage project execution plans and procurement specifications.
• Manage startup, commissioning and validation activities as required.
• Complete project close-out per Stage Gate process.
