Job summary

ThreatDown is seeking a conversion-obsessed Digital Marketing Manager to own the corporate website as the global demand generation engine. You will transform paid and organic traffic into qualified inbound pipeline and manage the web ecosystem with high autonomy.

You will oversee WordPress and HubSpot-powered pages, CRO experiments, and web analytics to optimize funnel performance and cost per lead. A cybersecurity background is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience with focus on web management, CRO and website-led demand generation.
• Commercial mindset with strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, lead qualification and inbound pipeline.
• Cybersecurity industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day management, architecture, and optimization of the corporate website to maximize inbound leads and pipeline velocity.
• Build, manage, and update site pages using WordPress; configure forms, tracking, and conversion paths integrated with HubSpot.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests on high-value landing pages, forms, and CTAs to drive down acquisition costs.
• Monitor conversion metrics, user behavior, and multi-channel attribution to provide actionable insights on traffic quality and pipeline contribution.
