Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join an international marketing team in Ireland. You will craft digital strategies, run online advertising, and drive lead generation across multiple markets.

You’ll optimize SEO, manage campaigns, and ensure brand consistency while leveraging WordPress, GA4, and CRM tools. Fluency in English is required and driving license is a plus. This role offers growth in a global company.

Qualifications

• Honours degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing or equivalent.
• 2-3 years’ digital marketing experience with hands-on managing Google Ads, Meta Advertising and lead generation campaigns.
• Experience with ecommerce and tracking/GA4.

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will:

• Develop strategies to build meaningful digital connections with consumers.

• Maintain accurate and accessible marketing databases.
• Handle budgeting, negotiation, and financial reporting.
• Provide general administrative support as required.

What Skills You Need

• Honours Degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
• 2-3 years’ digital marketing experience with hands‑on management of Google Ads, Meta Advertising, and lead generation campaigns.
• Ecommerce background.
• Experience with GA4, conversion optimization, and tracking.
• Proficiency in a range of CMS, especially WordPress.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Full, clean driving license.
• Industry knowledge in Agriculture, Material Handling, and/or Construction is a plus.
• Strong IT capabilities (MS Platforms, CRM, ERP, Content Management Systems).
• Project management experience.
