Job summary

Unilin Insulation - UK & Ireland is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to develop, execute and optimise digital marketing initiatives supporting marketing/objectives for the Insulation division. You will shape strategy, manage campaigns end-to-end and contribute to budget planning and performance steering.

You will collaborate with country marketeers, the webmaster and external agencies, acting as a hands-on digital expert within the team, and you will lead projects such as lead generation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or performance/content driven roles.
• Experience in campaign management across multiple digital channels.
• Solid understanding of content marketing, marketing automation and analytics.
• Experience working with digital budgets and external agencies.
• Strong organisational, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within an international organization with multiple product groups is a plus.
• Fluent in English, other European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of Unilin's digital marketing strategy in line with business priorities and marketing strategy and translate those into concrete annual and campaign plans across digital channels (web, email, social, paid).
• Lead the execution of digital campaigns with input from marketing coordinators regarding product groups and local market context.
• Evaluate digital campaign performances and allocate budget accordingly together with internal stakeholders and external marketing performance agencies.
• Lead and participate in projects such as further development of lead generation, lead nurturing, etc in collaboration with internal stakeholders such as the sales organization and IT.
