Job summary

Unilin Insulation seeks a General Manager to own a high-impact UK & Ireland business with 230M turnover, 450+ staff, and four sites. You will sit on the Executive Committee and lead growth, operational excellence, and people leadership across functions.

You will travel regularly across the UK and Ireland, shaping strategy, driving efficiency, and delivering measurable expansion while maintaining Zero Harm and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, engineering or relevant discipline.
• At least 10 years of senior leadership experience in industrial environments.
• Board-level comfort and strong financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L responsibility for UK & Ireland business.
• Set and execute regional commercial and operational strategy.
• Lead four production sites with focus on efficiency, quality, safety, and innovation.
• Translate divisional strategy into ambitious goals across functions.
• Drive innovation and CAPEX decisions to stay competitive.
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership team.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor market dynamics and product trends to stay agile.
