The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in Digital or Manufacturing IT environments, strong business analysis skills, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in Digital, Manufacturing IT/OT, Automation, or Technology environments.
• Strong background in business analysis and stakeholder management.
• Experience delivering MES, PCS, IIoT, data, analytics, or Industry 4.0 initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Implement operational support models for digital capabilities.
• Drive user adoption and training across teams.
• Act as a bridge between project delivery and operations.
• Support demand management and capability prioritisation.
• Provide technical oversight of digital manufacturing systems.
• Ensure solutions meet compliance and audit readiness.
