Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes division seeks a Digital Manufacturing IT Lead Analyst to drive Mendix-based solutions and AI-enabled transformations across global manufacturing operations. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to define roadmaps and deliver meaningful digital products.

The role requires deep expertise in manufacturing IT, regulatory compliance, and agile delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, manufacturing, data analytics or related discipline.
• 6+ years of IT/manufacturing systems experience, including regulated environments.
• Experience delivering technology solutions with Agile methodologies.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Digital Manufacturing product management and roadmaps.
• Own Mendix-based manufacturing applications and prioritize requirements.
• Identify AI use cases and collaborate with data science teams.
• Ensure solutions meet security, governance and compliance requirements.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across operations, engineering and analytics.
