Johnson & Johnson DePuy Synthes is recruiting a Digital Manufacturing IT Lead Analyst to drive Mendix-based manufacturing apps, AI-enabled solutions, and smart factory initiatives across the network. The role partners with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Data & Analytics teams to deliver scalable digital products.

The Lead translates business needs into MVPs, manages feature backlogs, and ensures compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and regulatory requirements while advancing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related discipline.
6+ years IT/Manufacturing systems experience in regulated environments.
Experience delivering Agile technology solutions for manufacturing.
Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Digital Manufacturing product management and roadmap ownership.
Mendix-based apps delivery and backlog management.
AI use-case prioritization and deployment with data teams.
Governance, security, CSV and regulatory compliance adherence.
Stakeholder workshops and process improvement activities.
