Boyle Construction Ltd in Letterkenny is seeking an experienced Technical Document Controller to join our growing team on high-profile projects. You will manage project documentation, track procurement records and administer digital platforms such as Aconex and Procure.

The role emphasizes improving workflows through IT and Excel-driven data analysis, supporting invoicing and project administration, and ensuring accuracy and traceability across construction documents and records.

Qualifications

• Excellent IT and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data-reconciliation abilities.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in document control or construction administration.
• Degree in IT or related field preferred.
• Experience with Aconex or Procure is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project documentation and construction records with accuracy and traceability.
• Prepare, operate and maintain Document Control Procedures and ensure documents are registered, controlled and accessible to project teams.
• Administer digital platforms (Aconex, Procure) including uploads, distribution, approvals and workflows.
• Maintain and analyse procurement records, reconcile orders, deliveries and invoices with suppliers and site teams.
• Support monthly invoices and procurement verification, ensuring correct ordering and delivery for payment certification.
• Use IT, Excel, data analysis to identify opportunities to digitalise and automate workflows.
• Strong IT and Excel skills with knowledge of workflow automation and scripting considered desirable.
