Job summary

McKeon Group in Ashbourne, Co. Meath, invites an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee on-site delivery of medium to large-scale projects, ensuring quality, safety and digital workflows are followed.

The successful candidate will lead subcontractors and site teams, implement programmes, drive BCAR compliance, and utilise Procore to maintain daily records and progress. You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure client expectations are met and projects are completed on

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience as Site Manager with a Main Contractor, including Ireland projects.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality, complex projects safely and on time.
• Experience with BCAR and QA processes.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations from start to finish.
• Ensure work meets highest quality standards.
• Lead site teams and subcontractors; coordinate with design and clients.
• Implement and monitor construction programme milestones.
• Maintain daily records and site diaries; use Procore.
• Promote safety, BCAR compliance and sustainability.
