Job summary

McKeon Group is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee the on-site delivery of medium to large-scale projects in Ireland. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate site teams, and ensure the highest standards of quality, safety and digital workflow adoption including Procore.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hands-on site management experience with a Main Contractor in Ireland, strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of BCAR and H&S

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as Site Manager/Foreman on Irish projects.
• Delivery of complex projects safely and on time with high quality.
• Strong leadership and communication across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations from start to finish.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to align with programme milestones.
• Ensure Health & Safety, Quality and BCAR compliance on site.
