Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Consultant, Digital Assets based in Ireland for a client-facing advisory role across Europe. You will work with banks, CASPs, custodians, and regulators to translate complex compliance and risk challenges into clearly scoped solutions.

The position offers autonomy, international exposure, and collaboration with senior stakeholders in financial services and Web3, with a fully remote setup across Europe.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing consulting or similar role.
• Experience with banks, CASPs, custodians, or regulated financial institutions.
• Strong knowledge of financial services regulatory compliance and related tech.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to independently manage client engagements from discovery to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Spend extended periods on-site with compliance, risk, and regulatory teams across Europe.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand workflows, pain points, and business needs.
• Document client requirements in clients' terminology to inform product decisions.
• Translate discoveries into actionable input for Product and Business Development teams.
• Lead advisory engagements including licensing-readiness reviews and regulatory analyses.
• Present products to senior compliance, risk, and executive audiences.
