Dell Technologies is seeking an Advisory Consultant – DEX to help enterprise customers maximise Digital Employee Experience value across EMEA. You will lead platform delivery, governance, and strategic roadmaps, translating analytics into measurable business outcomes.

Join a team delivering high-impact implementations and MSP licensing, while growing the DEX portfolio through pre-sales support and cross‑functional collaboration with ServiceNow, AI Productivity, and Workplace IT services.

Qualifications

• Nexthink certifications with hands-on experience across Infinity and/or V6.
• Proven leadership of DEX Experience Management programmes with governance.
• Strong customer-facing consulting and executive communication skills.
• Experience with Nexthink integrations (ServiceNow, identity connectors).
• Experience in DEX/EUC/ Workplace IT Operations and advisory delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver DEX Experience Management strategies using maturity assessments and governance.
• Own and deliver the Nexthink platform end-to-end, including deployments and dashboards.
• Deliver flagship DEX Office offerings with governance and cost-savings analysis.
• Translate insights into executive-ready value realisation reporting and outcomes.
• Drive practice growth by supporting pre-sales and cross-sell opportunities.
