Peak Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operative to deliver reliable support across operational activities including device software staging, troubleshooting, and warehousing duties.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and customer-first service, with responsibilities spanning staging, data entry, quality checks, inventory handling, and collaboration with the operations team.

Competenze

• Leaving Certificate or College Diploma preferred.
• Experience in an operational, technical, warehouse, or device-handling environment is beneficial but not required.
• Familiarity with software staging, hardware configuration, or repair processes is a plus.
• Strong ability to communicate information courteously, promptly, and professionally.

Mansioni

• Stage a variety of customer-owned devices with required software according to defined staging instruction documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on outgoing devices using the Repair Tracking System (RTS).
• Meet established quality and productivity standards.
• Perform quality checks on staged devices to ensure all steps have been completed successfully before dispatch.
• Identify and communicate device staging challenges to the operations administration team to support timely resolution.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness throughout all staging activities.
• Assist and support other operational staff and processes as needed.
• Demonstrate attention to detail when checking incoming goods, scanning items, and inputting data, ensuring all required actions are completed correctly.
• Support general warehousing responsibilities, including inventory handling and organization
• Perform other duties as assigned.
