Responsibilities

• Stage a variety of customer-owned devices with required software according to defined staging instruction documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on outgoing devices using the Repair Tracking System (RTS).
• Meet established quality and productivity standards.
• Perform quality checks on staged devices to ensure all steps have been completed successfully before dispatch.
• Identify and communicate device staging challenges to the operations administration team to support timely resolution.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness throughout all staging activities.
• Assist and support other operational staff and processes as needed.
• Demonstrate attention to detail when checking incoming goods, scanning items, and inputting data, ensuring all required actions are completed correctly.
• Support general warehousing responsibilities, including inventory handling and organization
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This role includes device software staging, troubleshooting and general warehousing duties. The Warehouse Operative works collaboratively with the team to complete daily tasks and ensure a strong “customer first” philosophy—supporting both internal and external customers with a high level of service, efficiency, and professionalism.
