Job summary

Fruition Group Ireland in Dublin is seeking an experienced Development Manager to lead a software engineering team to deliver secure, scalable SaaS products in a dynamic technology environment.

You will collaborate with Product, Design and other tech functions to translate business needs into robust technical solutions while fostering an engineering culture of ownership, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in software engineering, including leadership of development teams.
• Strong full-stack background with modern technologies and engineering practices.
• Experience delivering and supporting enterprise-scale SaaS platforms.
• Proven people leadership, coaching, and performance management.
• Strong agile delivery and multi-project experience in complex environments.
• Excellent stakeholder communication across engineering, product and business teams.
• Security-focused development with knowledge of secure coding practices.
• Experience contributing to engineering strategy or roadmap.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
