You will drive metrics-based delivery, manage technical debt, and promote best-practice DevOps, CI/CD, and software quality across globally distributed teams. This role demands strong leadership and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 10+ years' experience managing software development projects.
• 5+ years hands-on leadership of complex software delivery initiatives.
• Proven track record with global, multi-location teams.
• Experience with agile, CI/CD and SaaS release management.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple software engineering teams across locations.
• Partner with Product Management to ensure clear backlogs and alignment.
• Drive software quality, metrics and on-time feature delivery.
• Balance priorities while addressing defects and technical debt.
