Job summary

Halfords is recruiting a Designate Store Manager to support management teams across our Leinster stores. You will lead in-store teams, nurture talent, and drive exceptional service while completing a comprehensive training program to prepare for a permanent Store Manager role.

You will build a strong network during your training, demonstrate leadership, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. The role requires retail management experience and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment.
Background in a service-focused business.
Experience in managing sales and service targets and influencing KPIs.
Skills in recruiting, developing, and leading teams effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to manage team deployment and place the right people in roles.
Strong focus on compliance with Health and Safety, GDPR, quality control, and retail legislation.
