Job summary

Halfords Group PLC is seeking a Designate Store Manager in Leinster, based at Swords, Airside Retail Park. You will support local stores, lead in-store teams, and complete training to prepare for a permanent Store Manager role.

You will build a strong support network to deliver exceptional customer service and drive commercial success. The role focuses on developing leadership, managing KPIs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety and retail regulations while supporting a growing

As a Designate Store Manager, you will be a crucial support to our management team, assisting local stores within your area. You’ll lead in-store teams with encouragement and motivation, leveraging your leadership experience while receiving top-notch training to prepare for your permanent role as Store Manager. You will build a strong support network during your training, enabling you to deliver effective leadership and exceptional service to our customers.

• Ability to manage team deployment, ensuring the right people are in the right roles.
