Job summary

PE Global is seeking an experienced Design Manager to join a leading Tier 1 Building and Fit Out contractor on three large-scale residential developments in Dublin. You’ll be based on one project and coordinate across multiple disciplines to deliver design excellence on time and within budget.

Requirements include a degree in engineering or construction management, with postgraduate qualifications or Engineers Ireland membership desirable.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in engineering, construction management or related subject.
• Postgraduate qualifications and/or membership of Engineers Ireland desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design across architects, engineers and consultants to meet programme milestones.
• Review design programmes and ensure timely deliverables to support procurement and construction schedules.
• Lead design team meetings and track actions and design queries to resolution.
