Morgan McKinley is recruiting a Design Manager to take a lead role on a major high-rise residential development in Cork City. You will oversee the design process from pre-construction to delivery, coordinating with clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure timely, on-budget, high-quality design information.

Applicants should have a degree in Engineering or Architecture and 5+ years in design management, preferably with Tier 1 contractors or large-scale developers.

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in a Design Manager or similar role, ideally with Tier 1 contractors or large-scale developers.
• Strong track record delivering complex residential or commercial projects, with high-rise experience desirable.

With a commitment to quality, safety, and innovation, they are now seeking an experienced Design Manager to join their team and take a lead role on a major high-rise apartment development in Cork City.

The Role

As Design Manager, you will be responsible for managing the design process from pre-construction through to delivery, ensuring that all design information is produced on time, to budget, and to the highest standards. You will liaise closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and the project team to coordinate design solutions that meet both technical and commercial requirements.
