Job summary

Wallace Myers International seeks a Design Coordinator to bridge site teams, architects and engineers in Dublin. You will drive design information, submittals and procurement to align with the contract programme, ensuring timely delivery across data centres, residential, life sciences and infrastructure projects.

The role demands strong coordination, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design streams to tight deadlines, with a collaborative culture and ongoing development support.

Qualifications

Five years' experience as a Design Coordinator on building projects.
Engineering or Architecture degree required.
Experience with main contractor environments desirable.

Responsibilities

Coordinate architectural and engineering information with site teams.
Manage design submittals and tracking aligned to the contract programme.
Maintain procurement tracking and respond to design queries.
Coordinate utilities between M&E engineers and providers.
Support design information flow to stay on programme.
