Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of key Derivatives issues from a client and investment manager perspective.
• Liaise with clients, investment managers and prospects; partner with Relationship Managers and internal departments.
• Ensure clear resolution of client escalations regarding derivatives-related procedures and planning.
• Organize work, assign tasks, set priorities, monitor activities and ensure timely completion.
• Conduct performance management and staff development processes.
