Job summary

Clarks in Ireland is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy retail team, drive sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will oversee daily operations, recruit and train staff, manage inventory and cash handling, and support visual merchandising.

The ideal candidate has proven retail leadership, strong communication, and a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in retail with team leadership.
• Track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficient with POS systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities
