Sunbeam House Services in Rathdrum, Co. Wicklow, is seeking a Deputy Services Manager for the Residential Services at Hillview. The role supports the PIC and leads a team to deliver person-centred care to four clients with varying needs.

New staff are paired with senior colleagues while undertaking planning courses. The service emphasises a person-centred culture, independence, and community participation within a values-led environment.

Qualifications

• Social care qualification and CORU registration/eligibility.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

We are seeking a passionate and values-led Deputy Services Manager to join our Residential Services team in Rathdrum. Working alongside the Person in Charge (PIC), you will support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services that empower people to achieve their goals, build independence, and actively participate in their communities.

Hillview is a residential servicelocatedin the picturesque village of Rathdrum, Co. Wicklow andsupports 4 Clients who are mobile, generally independent and have varying needs, care plans and supervision requirements.

All Clients are supported by a keyworker and are facilitated to avail of additional organisational and community Multi-Disciplinary Supports, Social Work, Psychiatry, Physiotherapy, Psychology and Counselling

New staff who join the service are allocated to a client. They are paired with a more senior member of staff as support to the key working duties whilst waiting to undertake the person-centred planning course.
