Sunbeam House Services in Rathdrum, Co. Wicklow, is seeking a Deputy Services Manager for the Residential Services at Hillview. The role supports the PIC and leads a team to deliver person-centred care to four clients with varying needs.

New staff are paired with senior colleagues while undertaking planning courses. The service emphasises a person-centred culture, independence, and community participation within a values-led environment.

Formación

• Social care qualification and CORU registration/eligibility.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Passion for person-centred practice.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to quality, safeguarding and inclusion.

Responsabilidades

• Support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services that empower people to live as independently as possible.
• Work alongside the Person in Charge (PIC) to oversee residential services.
