Job summary

Sunbeam House Services in Ashford invites applications for a Deputy Services Manager to join our Residential Services team. You will work alongside the Person in Charge to support high-quality, person-centred services that empower people to achieve goals, build independence, and engage with their communities.

The role requires a social care qualification, CORU eligibility/registration, and leadership or supervisory experience, with a strong focus on safeguarding, communication, and collaboration.
