Job summary

Sunbeam House Services is seeking a Deputy Service Manager for Eolas & The Pod Day Services in Bray and Wicklow Town. You will support the PIC in day-to-day operations, ensuring HIQA-compliant, person-centred supports for adults with intellectual disabilities.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Social Care Worker, Shift Leader, Team Leader, or Senior Support Worker looking to progress into a rewarding management role.

About The Role

As Deputy Service Manager, you'll work closely with the Person in Charge (PIC) to support the day-to-day operation of the service, ensuring high-quality supports are delivered in line with HIQA standards, safeguarding requirements and Sunbeam House Services values. You'll help lead teams, support staff development, oversee quality and compliance processes, and champion person-centred practice throughout the service.

We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year's supervisory, shift lead or team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of HIQA regulations, safeguarding and person-centred practice
• Excellent communication, organisation and people management skills

• Full manual driving licence and access to a car
