Reporting to the Quality, Safety and Practice Development Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our employees have the knowledge, skills and confidence to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred services.
As Training & Development Manager, you will provide leadership and direction to the Training Department, ensuring learning and development initiatives support organisational goals, regulatory compliance, workforce capability and continuous service improvement.
You are an experienced learning and development professional who combines strategic thinking with practical delivery. You are passionate about helping people learn, develop and thrive while ensuring the highest standards of quality, governance and practice.
