Job summary

CPL Healthcare is partnered with a client in Co. Cavan to recruit a Deputy Manager for a children’s residential service. The role involves working with the Centre Manager to support daily management, maintain high care standards, and lead the staff team in a progressive organisation focused on safe, child-centred care.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working within children’s residential services.
• Strong knowledge of HIQA standards, National Standards in Children’s Residential Centres, Children’s First safeguarding, and child-centred practice.
• Full clean driver’s licence.
• Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
• Passion to support young people who have experienced trauma in their live
