Job summary

CPL Healthcare are delighted to partner with our client in recruiting a Deputy Manager for a children’s residential service in Co. Cavan, a progressive organisation delivering safe, therapeutic, and child-centred care.

The role supports the Centre Manager, oversees daily operations, and leads the staff team. Requirements: Level 7 in Social Care, 2 years’ experience in children’s residential services, and a full clean driver’s licence.

Qualifications

• Level 7 qualification in Social Care or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working within children’s residential services.
• Leadership or senior experience desirable.
• Strong knowledge of HIQA standards, National Standards in Children’s Residential Centres, Children’s First safeguarding, and child-centred practice.
• Full clean driver’s licence.
• Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
• Passion to support young people who have experienced trauma in their live

Responsibilities
