Job summary

Maxi Zoo Ireland is seeking a Deputy Manager for our Finglas store to drive operational excellence, guest experience, and team leadership in the Store Manager's absence.

You will lead by example, coach colleagues, implement local KPIs, manage stock, and ensure brand standards while creating a warm, welcoming shopping environment for pet lovers across the community. • Manage merchandising and inventory with accurate stock and planograms.
• Uphold Maxi Zoo's brand integrity and animal welfare at all times.
