Job summary

Maxi Zoo Ireland Ltd. is seeking a Deputy Manager for our Nutgrove Store to lead operations in the absence of the Store Manager and drive customer experience.

You will oversee daily store processes, staff development, and merchandising, while maintaining brand standards and delivering exceptional service to pet owners.

• Operational Store Excellence—adhere to store processes, regulations and KPIs while supporting the Store Manager.

• Merchandising and Inventory—maintain well-stocked shelves with correct planograms and accurate inventory.
