Job summary

BrewDog is seeking a Deputy General Manager to join our team in Ireland. You will be the right-hand to the General Manager, leading by example and ensuring superb customer experiences across all shifts.

You’ll oversee a large management team, train staff, develop their skills and drive profitability while maintaining BrewDog’s standards of quality and fun. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role that thrives on teamwork.

About the Role

BrewDog is on the hunt for a Deputy General Manager. We want to make other people as passionate about great craft beer as we are. Our bars are at the forefront of that mission, delivering amazing beer and customer service at all times. You’ll be a true leader – the benchmark for customer service, leading by example and training others to give the best customer experience of all time. You will be the right‑hand person for the General Manager, taking the reins when they are away from the business to ensure that everything flows as it should.
