About Us

BrewDog Dublin is one of the largest and most exciting craft beer venues in the city, combining high-volume trading with corporate events, private hire, live sport, group bookings and experiential hospitality all under one roof.

BrewDog Dublin is one of the largest and most exciting craft beer venues in the city, combining high-volume trading with corporate events, private hire, live sport, group bookings and experiential hospitality all under one roof.

This is a fast-paced, commercially driven venue with huge opportunity to continue building its presence within Dublin’s events and corporate market. It’s the kind of site where energy, ideas and strong relationship building genuinely make a difference.

At BrewDog, we want people who are ambitious, hands-on and excited by hospitality. In return, we offer real opportunities to develop, grow and be part of a business that continues to evolve and invest into its bars and people.

That Also Includes

  • ENHANCED PENSION | We’ll contribute up to 10% of your salary into your pension, helping you properly invest in your future. That’s well above the standard employer contribution and something we genuinely see as important.

  • 4-WEEK SABBATICA L | After every 5 years with BrewDog, you’ll receive an additional 4 weeks off to do whatever you want - travel, recharge, spend time with family, or just take a proper break.

  • STAFF DISCOUNT | 50% off BrewDog beers, ciders, cocktails, merchandise and soft drinks, plus 25% off food and everything else across our bars. You’ll also get discount on takeaway beer to enjoy at home.

  • ADDITIONAL HOLIDAY | For every year completed, up to your 5th year with us, you’ll gain an extra day of annual leave on top of your existing entitlement. By year 5, that’s an extra week off every year going forward.

  • AND A LOT MORE | Enhanced sick pay, healthcare, life assurance, retail discounts, employee assistance support, enhanced family policies, pawternity leave, DE+I and crew forum groups, plus a monthly allowance to quality check some beers for yourself.

We’re also committed to doing things better when it comes to sustainability, using industry-leading practices to reduce our impact while continuing to brew and serve great beer.

About The Role

This isn’t a sit back and wait for enquiries role. We’re looking for someone commercially driven, highly organised and confident building relationships, driving bookings and making things happen.

As Sales Manager for BrewDog Dublin, you’ll take ownership of driving pre-booked sales across one of Dublin’s most exciting and high-capacity craft beer venues. From corporate events and private hire through to celebrations, experiences and large-scale group bookings, you’ll play a huge part in maximising occupancy, driving revenue and building the venue’s presence within the local events and corporate market.

In This Role You’ll

  • Own and manage the day-to-day sales pipeline for BrewDog Dublin

  • Convert inbound enquiries quickly and effectively into confirmed bookings

  • Proactively build outbound opportunities with corporate clients, agencies and local businesses

  • Drive revenue across private hire, group bookings, celebrations and BrewDog experiences

  • Work closely with Operations teams to ensure events are delivered seamlessly from enquiry through to execution

  • Identify upselling opportunities to maximise booking value and guest experience

  • Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business and ongoing partnerships

  • Support new event ideas, promotions and commercial initiatives across the venue

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are the same. One day you could be building relationships with corporate clients and agencies, the next coordinating a large-scale event or helping deliver a new commercial initiative within the venue.

About You

You’re commercially driven, proactive and genuinely enjoy building relationships and driving business growth. You know how to manage a busy pipeline, move quickly on opportunities and create a great guest experience from first enquiry through to event delivery.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

  • Has experience in hospitality sales, reservations or events within high-volume venues

  • Has a proven track record of converting enquiries into confirmed bookings

  • Is confident building relationships with corporate clients, agencies and group organisers

  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys driving revenue opportunities
  • Is highly organised, proactive and commercially minded
  • Brings energy, ownership and a genuine passion for hospitality and events

Experience with booking platforms or CRM systems would be beneficial, alongside an understanding of group bookings, private hire and large-scale venue operations.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who wants to make things happen, drive bookings and play a key role within one of BrewDog’s largest venues.
