Job summary

Primark is seeking a capable store manager to lead daily store operations in Ireland. You will collaborate with the management team, oversee departments including stock ordering and merchandising, and drive sales through setting clear goals and a strong customer focus.

As a senior team member you will guide and develop managers, ensuring a superior customer experience while integrating with our digital learning and career pathways.

Qualifications

• Experienced manager with proven leadership skills.
• Ability to view situations from a commercial perspective resulting in more innovative thinking.
• Capable of working and making decisions, in a fast-paced environment.
