Job summary

Dentaltech Group in Dublin is seeking an experienced Dental Nurse/ Treatment Coordinator/ Receptionist to support the existing reception team and cover nursing and TPC duties. You will assist with scheduling, patient bookings and cross-location coverage across the group’s clinics in Dublin, Swords and City Centre.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in the dental industry.
• Strong customer service mindset and team-focused.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Dental nursing duties and supporting the dentist, infection control and patient journey.
• Treatment plan coordination and aftercare support.
• Front of House management of calls from multiple lines and ensuring no calls go unanswered.
• Create and oversee schedules for clinics and book patients across departments.
• Manage patient booking system and improve attendance.
• Organise lab work for patients and ensure efficient delivery of care.
