The Croke Park Hotel, part of the Doyle Collection, is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join a tight-knit kitchen brigade in Dublin. You will take pride in plating tasty, fresh, well-presented dishes and support knife skills, HACCP compliance, and stock control in a busy service.
