Job summary

The Croke Park Hotel, part of The Doyle Collection, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a busy kitchen brigade. You will prepare, cook and plate dishes, and contribute to stock management and training of junior chefs.

Ideal candidates will have knife skills, sound knowledge of HACCP/food safety, strong communication, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a passion for flavour profiling and techniques.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

You will partake in all aspects of the kitchen from food preparation to stock management, cooking and plating of dishes, along with training our junior chefs.

• have clear communication skills,
• be comfortable working within a fast-paced environment,
• understand flavour-profiling and different cooking techniques.
