Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Ringaskiddy site seeks a Lead DeltaV Engineer to serve as the primary site contact for Global and CoE teams. You will lead a team of DeltaV engineers delivering, supporting and maintaining DeltaV systems, upgrades, and network infrastructure.

You will partner with ES Strategy & New Technology Lead, own site standards, governance, and KPI delivery, while shaping the DeltaV strategy across the site. Strong leadership and pharma manufacturing experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Third level Degree in engineering, science or an IT discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of Leadership and Delivery Execution.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience within a pharmaceutical or GMP regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Primary interface for the Delta V CoE for standards development & delivery.
• Accountable for specific KPI’s on the Delta V system.
• Lead the Governance across the Site for Delta V standards maintenance.
• Delivery and execution of the Site Delta V strategy.
• Lead the lifecycle management of the system.
• Partner with the ES Strategy & New Technology Lead on Test & Learn of new technologies as Site SME.
• Delta V Infrastructure Technical Owner & System SME for the site.
• Lead the Vendor Management process for the Delta V system.
• Lead the Delta V Standards & Infrastructure team to deliver on key strategic projects.
