Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Ringaskiddy site seeks an experienced DeltaV Lead to join the Make Asset Management (MAM) Group. You will be the primary ES site contact for Global and CoE teams and lead a team of DeltaV engineers in delivery, support and maintenance of site DeltaV systems, including upgrades and performance optimisation.

You will own governance across the site, drive lifecycle management, and partner with ES Strategy & New Technology Lead on Test & Learn of new technologies as the Site SME.

Qualifications

• Third level Degree in engineering, science or an IT discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of Leadership and Delivery Execution.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience within a pharmaceutical or GMP regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface for the DeltaV CoE for standards development & delivery.
• Accountable for specific KPI’s on the DeltaV system.
• Lead Governance across the Site for DeltaV standards maintenance.
• Deliver and execute the Site DeltaV strategy.
• Lead the lifecycle management of the system.
• Partner with ES Strategy & New Technology Lead on Test & Learn of new technologies as Site SME.
• DeltaV Infrastructure Technical Owner & System SME for the site.
• Lead the Vendor Management process for the DeltaV system.
• Lead the DeltaV Standards & Infrastructure team to deliver on key strategic projects.
