Job summary

Marsh seeks a Technical Delivery Manager Retirement Solutions to lead a high-profile program in the retirement domain within its Wealth business. The role combines pensions administration knowledge with data governance and data-driven decision-making, and is based in a hybrid setting, with in-office work at least three days per week.

You will partner with stakeholders across Mercer Wealth, engage executives, and drive end-to-end delivery while coordinating vendor and in-house technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in pensions administration or actuarial systems.
• Proven technology product management experience with stakeholder engagement and delivery leadership.
• Experience delivering tech initiatives with vendor and internal teams, including AI/data-science enabled solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences, including senior leaders.
• Ability to operate autonomously while collaborating across a globally distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across Mercer Wealth to understand priorities and translate needs into product direction, focusing on retirement.
• Engage executive stakeholders to understand business drivers and shape value propositions.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery from initiation through launch, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate delivery across vendor and in-house technology solutions.
• Improve operational effectiveness by defining support models and optimizing processes in a client-facing environment.
• Operate in both Agile and traditional delivery approaches using appropriate tools.
