Job summary

Marsh is seeking a hands-on CRM Functional Lead to support a global Dynamics 365 program. You will translate business needs into clear requirements, groom backlogs, validate deliveries, and enable users through training and documentation across Sales, Marketing and Case/Service modules.

The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple time zones in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work with office presence is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRM functional or business analyst roles, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
