Job summary

Qualifications

• HACCP, Health and Safety, and Food Safety knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent customer service, strong leadership, and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with employees and customers.
• Good level of English required.

• The ideal candidate will have at least two years of work experience as a Gastro department/Fresh Food Manager or similar
• Previous experience working in a canteen, fast food, or a restaurant
• HACCP, Health and Safety, and Food Safety Protocols knowledge would be a plus
• Excellent customer service, good leadership, and organizational skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers
• A good level of English is required

About the job:

• If moving to Ireland from abroad, you will be provided with two weeks of free accommodation. After that, you will be paying 500 € (utilities included) per month for a private room in the nearby area
• 2.612 € - 2.793 € net per month (37.000 € - 40.000 € gross; before tax, per year) on 40 hours per week
• Your duties will be: overseeing operations, inspecting food quality and display case presentation, managing food safety practices and cleaning, managing other food preparation employees, ensuring quality customer service
