Job summary

Corrib Oil in Loughrea, Co. Galway, is seeking a Deli Assistant for a part-time role. You will prepare and serve high-quality food, assist with kitchen operations, and uphold HACCP standards.

• Prepare and serve high-quality food in an efficient, cost-effective manner.
• Manage daily kitchen operations (including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Chilled Products) as directed by the Deli Manager.
• Maintain effective stock management and portion control.
• Ensure the work environment and facilities are clean and compliant with HACCP legislation.
• Prioritize customer care and service, actively promoting the Corrib Oil Customer Loyalty Programme at every opportunity.
• Carry out assigned deli checks following your training and ensure standards are maintained.
