NHS Scotland is recruiting a technician to join our decontamination service, delivering reprocessing for reusable medical devices across theatres, wards and clinics.
Full in-house training over one year is provided; no prior experience is required. You must be fully flexible to cover shifts, including nights, to meet service needs.

We have one vacancy available for the position of technician due to an expansion in
our service activity.
We require enthusiastic and hard working individuals to join our
team who are responsible for providing a comprehensive reprocessing service for
the decontamination of reusable medical devices for theatres, wards and clinics
covering a range of specialities that include Orthopaedics, General Surgery, ENT,
Ophthalmic, Gynaecology and Urology
Due to the unique service we provide, previous experience is not required as full
training is provided, in house, over a period of one year
A shift system is in place and that includes nightshift.
You will be expected to be
completely flexible in your hours of work to suit the needs of the service
